The Founder
Arun Sharma
Arun Sharma is a first-generation entrepreneur and the Founder of SubMastery Edtech Pvt Ltd, founded in 2017 - an e-learning academy for working professionals around the globe. He brings 20+ years of industrial and consulting experience in quality management systems and training.

Why We Started
In 2014, in his previous venture, Arun was running a full-day, in-person training. One learner had travelled 250 km by bus to attend - a night on the bus each way - and had paid for the training from his own pocket. He asked a lot of questions.
That day left Arun with a realization: there was a real need for this kind of learning, and technology could bring the training to people instead of people travelling to it.
That realization became the seed of SubMastery's first online course in 2017. The first revenue came from the US market. Today, learners join from across India and from many other countries.
What gives him satisfaction today is seeing testimonials and learner outcomes - a higher salary, a higher status. That is the mission: helping people excel.
